Team Tampa Rowing’s Coaching Mentorship Program (CMP) will provide coaches the training, support, and resources to turn their passion for rowing into a coaching career.  Successful CMP applicants will join Team Tampa’s coaching staff and be compensated for time spent both on the water coaching youth athletes as well as participating in seminars, classroom instruction, and ride along practices with mentor coaches.     

 

BONUS: CMP Coaches will receive a FREE Membership with Tampa Athletic Club so they can continue to row on the water while starting their coaching career.   Additional income and coaching hours are available through Tampa Athletic Club's Learn To Row clinics and masters practices.
