Program Fees & Billing

High School Program Fees & Billing

  • Cost to Join

    • Free Trial

      • New athletes may participate in a one-week free trial.

      • A signed paper waiver must be completed and brought to practice before participating.

      • At the conclusion of the trial week, athletes who wish to continue must complete registration and pay the registration fee.

    • Registration Fee

      • $100 (one-time annual fee)

    • Monthly Tuition

      • $200 per month

      • Billed for 9 months (September–May)

  • What's Included

    • Your program fees include:

      • Professional coaching

      • Use of rowing and weight training equipment during practice sessions

      • Team uniform

      • All regular season regatta entry fees

      • State Championship regatta costs

      • Regional Championship regatta costs, including transportation, lodging, and meals for the 2026 Regional Championship in Gainesville, Georgia

    • National Championship

      • Athletes who qualify to compete at the USRowing Youth National Championships in June should expect additional participation costs. National Championship expenses are not included in the regular program fees.

  • Additional Required Costs

    • USRowing Membership

      • All high school athletes must maintain a current USRowing membership.

      • Basic Membership

        • $25 (new)

        • $20 (renewal)

      • Championship Membership

        • $75 (new)

        • $65 (renewal)

        • A Championship Membership is only required for athletes competing at the USRowing Southeast Regional Championship in May. You may start with a Basic Membership when you join and upgrade later if required.

  • Fundraising Requirement

    • Each family is responsible for $200 in fundraising during the school year.

  • Billing Process

    • Complete the High School Registration Form found or our How To Join page.

    • Our staff will create your family account in our registration and billing system through CANDO (Non Profit Boosters Club).

    • You will receive an email with instructions to activate your account.

    • Activate your account and pay the registration fee.

    • Once registration is complete, your athlete will be added to the team roster, and monthly tuition billing will begin automatically.

  • Delinquent Accounts

    • Accounts with an outstanding balance on the 15th of the month will result in the athlete being held off the water until the past-due balance has been paid. Athletes may continue to attend practice and participate in land-based training during this time.

    • Accounts that remain unpaid on the 1st of the following month will result in the athlete being unable to attend any practices or team activities until the account has been brought current.

    • If your family is experiencing financial hardship, please contact us as soon as possible. Need-based scholarships and payment assistance may be available.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Absence from practices does not automatically cancel your enrollment. If your athlete chooses to leave the program before the end of the season, you must submit a Cancellation Notice to stop future billing.

    • Please note:

      • Billing continues until a Cancellation Notice is received.

      • Families are responsible for all charges incurred prior to submitting the cancellation.

      • Monthly tuition is not prorated for partial months, missed practices, vacations, illness, or early withdrawal.

      • Registration fees are non-refundable.

      • ​Cancellation notices received before the first day of the month will stop billing for that month. Notices received after monthly billing has been processed will take effect the following month.

Middle School Rowing

  • Program Fees

    • Program fees vary based on the length of the session and any scheduled racing opportunities.

    • Current pricing for each session is listed on the Middle School Rowing page.

  • Billing

    • Payment is due at the time of registration.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Refunds are available prior to the start of each program.

    • Once a program has begun and an athlete has participated, refunds are not available.

Summer Camps

  • Camp Fees

    • Camp fees vary based on the length of the camp and any included activities.

    • Current pricing for each camp is listed on the Summer Camps page.

  • Billing

    • Payment is due at the time of registration.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Refunds are available prior to the start of each camp.

    • Once a camper has participated in the camp, refunds are not available.

    • Camps registered through the City of Tampa Parks & Recreation are subject to the City's refund policy. Please review the applicable refund policy during registration, as it may differ from Team Tampa Rowing's policy.
